Sizing options
The absolute best option for accurate sizing is visiting a jeweller, who will generally provide it free of charge or for a very small fee. Using the size of existing jewellery can also be accurate. Other less preferable options include ring sizers you can purchase online or 'print off' sizers, such as the one in the link above.

Ensuring the proper ring size
Visit at least two or three jewellers. Do this at different times of the day/week, as fingers swell and shrink throughout the day. Try on rings with the same width and profile as the one you intend to buy. It is better for the size to be slightly too large, as the ring will still be comfortable, rather then too small where it is not able to be used.
